Had 3rd violin lesson since my long break after exam earlier. Well, my fingers still suffering from blisters after an hour or two of practice. Ouch.

There is less than two days to 2012 ! In a blink of an eye, I'm serving nearly four years in current company by next Feb !

January is an exciting month ! Exam, coursework due, CNY, blah. Oh yeah, my programme is scheduled to end by Oct ! Woohoo!

Most wonderful exam mode for term 2. Management of Organisations was open-book exam. Cross Cultural Management was close-book exam as usual but 30 MCQ and 1 essay question. Though, we had a less than desired lecturer who was unable to deliver the lectures to our minimum expectations - at very least, to be familiar with the ppt slides and able to illustrate with examples.

Anyway, tomorrow will be the start of term 3, out of 6, Yay ! Collected course materials and of course it comes with the assignments and textbook and ppt slides.

I realised that exams suck my energy. Oh I need a lovely cup of iced milk tea.

Drinking some magnolia plain milk ♥ I have a weakness for ah guu products :@ had a large cup of iced milk tea from MOS yesterday ♥

Thinking of learning Italian after my course ends by next Nov. :@

Actually, my expense manager reported that I have already spent close to $300 on family and shopping as of my third day after payday. Stop, girl, stop gmarketing now. Maybe New Look to help boost the economy directly.

I can hear someone trying not to stare too hard at my last statement and scream "WHAAAAAAAAT?"

P.S. Not much joyful birthday mood for the Scorpio. Maybe it's because the number is getting higher, can't seem to save much after working for so many years thanks to the commitments and spending habit. I couldn't utilise my leave as freely as I used to, thanks to the need of exam prep and assignments. Most importantly, I need to go swimming more often. :(

Okay I should get serious about my revision for Cross Cultural Management now. Exam on this sunday and I need focus.

Migraine loves to drops me a visit or press my bell once every few days recently. And it's a fresh new kind of migraine that makes me feel pain or pressure behind my left eye most of the time.

Anyway, I need to stop trusting people who seems to be a healthcare professional who draws blood. Apparently, I have been having terrible experiences and ended up with a bruise that only goes away after a week. Oh, I didn't fast btw, so no accurate results for cholesterol and blood sugar and something else. 

Bought some groupon vouchers for hair colouring and spa @ just $69 xD Uh, and some mani pedi voucher some time back. Hmm.

Oh my, I finally gotten myself a white arc mouse ! Okay, waiting for my bag to arrive and placing order for dresses and mascara and cardigans ! Well, maybe it's not alright to shop that much after payday, but life's too short to worry till the next payday !

Still working on 4th out of 16 chapters . :(
Yet to attempt the exam qns. Open-book exam urgh. That indirectly means that you have to prepare for every chapter. And Irish lecturers love to make you do that without specifying which are the core topics.

Had a swim this morning. Initially, I was kinda excited with the no. of people in the indoor pool. Then, there is like half a dozen of kids that came along and behave like they were at a beach, playing with water and piggy back one another like a string of worms across the width of pool, taking their own sugary time. Managed to spend an hour doing lap swims, alternating between breaststroke and freestyle. It struck me - why are we learning to swim like a frog? -.- Anyway, I wanna learn butterfly stroke for the fun of it, not to the extent of developing broad shoulders.

Cooked a huge pot of soup after my swim and lil bro requested me to accompany him to the Acer Service Center to fix his lappy keypad at some Jurong international business park.

Lil bro randomly asked to take photos with his 'ideal' dream house in the background when we were looking for the bus stop. Apparently, that was an office building with some out-of-nowhere structure that popped out of the building at a high storey of it. We ended up behaving like some silly tourists. Lol. Seriously, they built a miniature suntec fountain of wealth (without the ring and 4 towers of cos) whatsoever in this industrial area.

I was experiencing some pain or pressure behind my left eye when we boarded the taxi and I had thought that my dry eyes led to such pain. I realised that it should be some migraine due to inflammation, stress or blocked sinus (thanks to some googling while trying to sleep off my migraine and fighting off the caffeine from the cup of coffee before leaving for the service center).

Trying to start my engine for the preparation of exam that will be held on this sun. Well, I am listening to recorded audio clips of the lecture and attempting to filter off irrelevant contents by a love-to-share Irish lecturer. Shall not wear white tops to make the footprints of Buddha that obvious.
